A product that does an amazing job in sorting and tagging.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This platform is incredible as it has features that makes it easy to filter and tag (which I find extremely useful). PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Their web portal is very user-friendly. I find the staff to be of big help in breaking down the results and tools needed. What do you like best? Talk Waller is by far the most comprehensive service we found for social listening and crisis management. We no longer have to manually listen to social conversations and tracking crisis has never been easier. In fact, we even use this software to pitch new projects to our clients. What do you dislike? Talkwalker has everthing in it but i feel it makes Talkwalker lil bit messy

What do you like best? Talkwalker has everything in it, it is simple and has a neat layout, one can use many filters like date, city, source and many others. Visualization in it is very good and nice, dashboard and reports are also good as compared to other tools. Best UI/UX compared to any listening tool in the market.

What do you like best? Easy to use, beautiful dashboards/charts, Quick Search tool is a game-changer, and the support from their team is exceptional (Charu Gupta in my case) What do you dislike? One major con is the age data is not accurate and it gives a false picture of the data. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Above all, Talkwalker convinces thanks to its effectiveness and customisability.
