Talkwalker is the best tool I've used - ease of use, fun to use, great results

What do you like best? We were looking for a tool to manage our social media listening needs. Decent but needs work

What do you like best? The client ready graphs and analysis it provides. It is very eye catching. Can cut-n-paste into internal reports. They are very good looking. Top influencer information has proved to be a very valuable tool. What do you dislike? It is a bit slow. Not as user friendly as I would like. Navigation is not as easy as I would like.
