What do you like best? Talkwalker has a pretty unique back-end system that and easy to use dashboard that generates some really cool graphs for our clients. Given the proper search set up, you can really generate some accurate results. The staff has also been super helpful with the learning curve. What do you dislike? Overall really great tool. What a relief
What do you like best? Finally! Talkwalker, is the analytical tool we'd been looking for, Reach, Engagement, Audience activity. It's all in there. Perfect for Twitter monitoring and reporting with instant live data. I love the media options and how I am able to extract data on a per account basis. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The web portal is user-friendly and the staff is very helpful in explaining how to find exactly the tools and results you need. It also provides great graphics that really demonstrate the effects of your program on coverage and social engagement. What do you dislike? Best monitoring service I've ever used
What do you like best? The multiple visual based reporting options What do you dislike? Some functions still need fine tuning and exporting fields should include media outlet and region more easily. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Clients are much happier with reports and our monitoring capabilities since we began using Talkwalker. It's much easier to examine conversations in the media with the tool's help.

Excellent, Efficient Product That's Easy to Use
What do you like best? I like the power and usability of the technology -- there is a lot you can do in Talkwalker, and since it's all centralized in one location, it's easy to see how the media mentions you search for become actionable insight. A fantastic tool and support team
What do you like best? I like the technology. Talkwalker has a great back-end system that allows the dashboard to work seamlessly. I can trust the data that comes in and know that I can filter it in many different ways. What do you dislike? The onyl think I don't like is the lack of "publication" name in the excel export.
