Great tool for online listening
What do you like best? We like the customisable dashboards and the huge amount of options for how to present the data. What do you dislike? It would be great if the Quick Search tool was part of my package, it's also a shame that it's becoming more difficult to monitor social pages. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We find it really useful for new business pitches!

Tool & Support team on top !
What do you like best? Very useful tool to analyse social network feedbacks. Talkwalker is intuitive ! Support team is on top and reactive with relevant advices & solutions. What do you dislike? Talkwalker is compliant according to the most important expectations However, engagement and reach are not correct everytime :/ We cannot track # Facebook feedbacks What problems are you solving with the product? Great if functioned better
What do you like best? All of the different widgets that you can add to the report. What do you dislike? The site is slow, sometimes graphs don't output the way they are supposed to, and there are more technical errors than make me comfortable, which can be frustrating and time consuming. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The client loves how in-depth we can get with our reporting.

Goog Tool, especially for Social Network KPI
What do you like best? I like best social network KPI for all posts, especially Engagement, Potential Reach and Trending Score. Automatic sentiment works pretty well (english). Easy to use is another quality of the tool. What do you dislike? Automatic sentiment for Italian language is not so accurate (but it's common for several listening platforms). What do you like best? The reason I chose Talkwalker was because it offers the key metrics such as no. of Buzz, Potential Reach, Engagement and Sentiments for all social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, unlike any other social media monitoring tool.
