What do you like best? I really enjoy using Talkwalker because it is incredibly customizable and I can also use it for social monitoring purposes and extract data to create reports, it is much more accurate than other tools that I have used especially to calculate social sentiment, so I can create personalized reports directly in the platform or reports by email. What do you like best? - Easy to use the query creation, the data visualizing and the alert system. - Best customer support. What do you dislike? - Unfortunately, the automatic sentiment analysis is not accurate enough especially for the arabic language. What problems are you solving with the product?
