PROS: Dependable for listening and tracking different use situations. It is very adaptable according to situations, and it is backed with reliable support staff. There’s also trusty customer support personnel who assists me properly. They help me deliver big results, especially that they deeply know my market competition. CONS: I cannot find any issue with the platform, as well as the services that I receive. I experience great satisfaction with the product.

PROS: Outstanding and robust platform when it comes to crisis management because it makes tracking problems a lot easier and more efficient. PROS: This platform is incredible as it has features that makes it easy to filter and tag (which I find extremely useful). This helped a lot since my job is develop processes to acquire insights from analytics. CONS: There's nothing much to dislike with the platform.
