What problems is Talkspirit solving and how is that benefiting you? not really used for that, but to get colleagues knowledges or organisation of events & publishing internals news

What do you like best about Talkspirit? What I like best is the lisibility of my news feed and the fact that i can tag my posts (even after posting). What do you dislike about Talkspirit? What I don't like is the fact that if I made minor changes on a doc, I am not able to upload a new version of it at the same place, i need to upload it again.
