What do you like best about Talkroute? Our tech company has been using Talkroute for over 4 years. We rarely have an issue, but if we do, their chat support is outstanding! "Excellent for remote teams"
What do you like best about Talkroute? The apps are excellent. If a team member is on the go, the mobile app is ideal; if they are at work, the desktop applications is even better. What do you dislike about Talkroute? We have no complaints about the service. What problems is Talkroute solving and how is that benefiting you? We're connecting our team so that they can answer and transfer calls to the appropriate person. It allows us to take fewer messages and promptly link clients with staff.

As an online e-commerce business, it's extremely important for us to be able to answer and respond to customer inquiries regardless of where our team members are located at a given moment.
