What do you like best about Talkative? Talkative's easy to use interface make it easy to implement and train a team of agents quickly. Keeping an eye on interaction logs is swift and easy for admin staff as well. Getting our team onboarded to the service was quite painless. What do you dislike about Talkative? "Very pleased with the product features and the provided support"

What do you like best about Talkative? Besides the fact that the product is continuously in development and it has a lot of useful features, the support that you get is really great, quick response times with SME. Especially compared to other companies the support is really outstanding. What do you dislike about Talkative? What do you like best about Talkative? I can't say enough about the Talkative team! They were great to work with during our implementation and have been extremely responsive post-launch. From an agent point of view, the Talkative tool is very easy to use and the integration into Salesforce is excellent.
