What do you like best? Hands off management of our referral program, which consistently brings in high quality new customers every month. All in all, a very high ROI on both dollars and time spent. What do you dislike? Since Talkable's current scope is limited to just referral software, the costs of added programs like loyalty, etc. can add up, and the impact becomes more and more vague as you bring on more and more partners. What do you like best? The Customer Service Manager and Campaign Manager are top notch. Their service and knowledge is superb. What do you dislike? Nothing at this moment. What do you like best? The platform hasn't ever been buggy for us, and the Talkable team we work with is incredibly responsive and proactive about implementing changes, testing, and optimizing with very little effort needed on our end.
