Great plug and play solution w/ a world-class team
What do you like best? Hands off management of our referral program, which consistently brings in high quality new customers every month. All in all, a very high ROI on both dollars and time spent. What do you dislike? Since Talkable's current scope is limited to just referral software, the costs of added programs like loyalty, etc. can add up, and the impact becomes more and more vague as you bring on more and more partners. What do you like best? The Customer Service Manager and Campaign Manager are top notch. Their service and knowledge is superb. What do you dislike? Nothing at this moment. Everything is excellent What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are capturing many more purchases through new and existing students. Great software and even better team to work with
What do you like best? The platform hasn't ever been buggy for us, and the Talkable team we work with is incredibly responsive and proactive about implementing changes, testing, and optimizing with very little effort needed on our end. Retailers’ holy grail to get more customers
What do you like best? From the beginning, the campaign started bringing new customers, which contributed to an increase in sales. Referral program for getting more customers
What do you like best? After four months of using the program, we got visible results. Our existing customers were actively sharing the offer with their friends. That gave us not only great traffic but also a sales increase. What do you dislike? Its' hard to say, cause everything is perfectly fine till now. What do you like best? Sometimes customers try to refer themselves by providing a fake or second email. Talkable referral program saves from cheaters. Its engine helps to define the rules to catch and prevent fraudulent behaviors. Plus, there is a customer portal where we can manage customer issues directly. What do you dislike? Nothing. Referral platform with amazing service
What do you like best? First of all, Talkable took care of the entire referral program integration and set up, everything was up and running in three weeks. Second, they do all the tests and adjustmetns on their side, so it's easy to manage. I see a steady flow of new customers coming from referral and joining our loyalty program. Low-cost customer acquisition through referrals. Best service and reporting!
What do you like best? We've quickly saw impressive results from referral program. The traffic and the conversion rate are great, I'm very pleased with how our program is managed and with the reports we get. Reporting provides some behavior insights we use for segmenting users.
