"Concept is good. Support is slow."

What do you like best about TalentReef? Electronic onboarding. Files are simple and easy to work with. What do you dislike about TalentReef? Slow support response time. Can be difficult for applicants to log in when beginning their onboarding. Could be more simple. Many of our applicants are foreign labor or do not possess a post HS education. "Hot Garbage"

What do you like best about TalentReef? It occasionally works as it is supposed to, and then it is okay, nothing great. What do you dislike about TalentReef? Horrible up-time, constant errors and bugs, super slow support, and the confusing UI. What problems is TalentReef solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it to complete the hiring process, but sometimes it would seem better to use paper and a carrier pigeon.

Every single person that I've ever known to use talentReef has had issues logging in and ends up having to reset their password multiple times. "Would not recommend!"

What do you like best about TalentReef? Ability to submit background checks and drug screens with ease. What do you dislike about TalentReef? Very clunky. Does not function well at all. Admins and managers are extremely limited in what they can do, i.e reset an employee's password, resend onboarding email, etc. Tech support is VERY poor! What do you like best about TalentReef? The best thing about the Talentreef platform is the scalability of user activity. They have options for low-level managers up to administrators. What do you dislike about TalentReef? My biggest complaint about Talentreef is the consistent program issues and glitches they have. What do you like best about TalentReef? Ease of tracking, visibility of applications across multiple locations, What do you dislike about TalentReef? Not configurable or self-managed, required to submit a ticket to add a new position or location, system workflow glitch does not allow us to require work history or resume from applicants, unable to confirm rejection email was sent, unable to customize release codes, limited integration with assessment vendors, can only have one manager tied ...

"Ease to see applicants, the on-boarding process can get sticky."

What do you like best about TalentReef? The applicant pool is easy to view and sort. What do you dislike about TalentReef? The on boarding paperwork. Talent reef sends it, and if it gets lost or if a mistake is made it can get complicated. There is no way for a business to resend paperwork. What problems is TalentReef solving and how is that benefiting you? Hiring is made easier.

"There's better HR software out there"

What do you like best about TalentReef? It organizes applications in an easy manner What do you dislike about TalentReef? I wish there was more automated functions that happen when selecting applicant statuses. What problems is TalentReef solving and how is that benefiting you? We only use it for interviewing and hiring. Ultipro is more functional.
