Great career pathing tool to drive employee engagement and development!
What do you like best? I love that this is an employee driven tool that allows our employees to build out multiple career paths for themselves and see any gaps they have to fill for future positions they have their sights set on. There is no gray area. It is black and white. It is customizable and can be changed per company based on your specific needs. The certification tracking feature is also very helpful along with the succession planning module. I haven't seen another tool out there ...

"Way more than expected"
What do you like best about TalentGuard? When we started looking at Career Pathing products, we found TalentGuard. Little did I know that they had a suite of products and could help us out on many fronts. Great to deal with, helped us out on many fronts and listened to our needs.
