Bad support
The software - when it's working, does a fine job. Tech support, on the other hand, is horrible. They say they have 24X7 support, but anything that actually NEEDS support is a 48 hour response time. A menu update done by tech support screwed up, and we were then told, oh well, we did that on Friday night, now you have to wait until Monday before anyone might be able to address the issue. Complete insanity to allow an entire business to be shut down for the weekend. That's NOT 24X7 support.

Problems not being solved for months: - Online orders not printing automatically - the scale is not syncing - customers can’t complete the online order and place multiple orders - pay in store not working Called and emailed numerous times over th 2-3 months Talked to supervisor Shelby numerous times and was promised issues will be solved and nothing

We cannot issue refund with online…
We cannot issue refund with online orders when we are busy toward the end of a shift. Talech keep saying they don’t see the issue even as we screen shot the different error messages. This has been dragging on for months. We are looking for another vendor.

I have had constant issues
I have had constant issues. The current issue going on now for 6 or 7 weeks in syncing. I cannot sync through talech.com so I then have to log into each back office of 12 stores on the iPad and do the entering there. It is very time consuming. For this issue for over half of the phone calls I've not even gotten an e mail with the ticket number. When I am working in talech.com the system will automatically time out. I can be working on something hit save and it will not save. I have to log ...
