I am extremely dissatisfied with this new register -- here is just a short list of problems we continue to have on a regular if not daily basis. - the register sporadically not letting us enter more that one letter to search for a product (this problem was 2minutes away from causing us to lose a 300$ sale -- and eventually could only be fixed by doing a factory reset ) - product search not finding products in the menu - product updates not saving to the menu - we still cannot enter weights ...

DO NOT GET

DO NOT GET if I could leave a 0 I would. Talech has caused nothing but problems and stress. Customer support is useless half the time. Barcodes never scan. System always freezes or shuts down and we end up on the phone for hours. Longest phone call we had so far lasted 5 hours because system shut down on a holiday and then after being transferred for the 10th time they hung up and never resolved problem. I have to resort to using a calculator and hand write card info to even get a sale 1/3 ...

AVOID THEM PLEASE Awful customer service. Machine has broken down multiple times, many features don't work. New 'updated' version of their website is horrendous. The customer service is a joke - they say they have tried to call when they haven't, say 'everything is fine now' when they have fixed nothing at all nor contacted us. AVOID THEM PLEASE

Stolen Money

To be honest, if I can give this company a negative 10 stars I would they have stolen my money They refuse to give me my money. They have stolen $807 they refuse to give me this money back. Well since my last review I was just…

Well since my last review I was just told tonight that their system is working and that they will not refund our money. I then ask for all 29 of the recorded calls and they have declined releasing those also. I am going to our local news that reports on shady businesses and I have also contacted the BBB. Waste of time and money

Waste of time and money, dont even think about it as an option. They will over charge, you have to send about 30 emails to close the account, until they close, they will charge you every single momth and they dont refund

Talech will rob your money

I had Talech software license for my foodtruck business for years. Their tech support was excellent always. What’s so horrible is their accounting and billing. It’s ironic since it’s US bank that does it. I closed my business June last year but I paid for a whole year of service instead paying it monthly not knowing that I was going to close. I paid in 4/10/21 and cancel the service as of 6/30. I contacted them several times about if I can get reimbursed. No one from accounting/billing got ...

Beware of Talech, honesty coming from a sales agent...

As a in independent Talech sales agent I have first hand witnessed the debacle that Talech has become, especially since the pandemic. I have heard dogs barking in the background, screaming kids, television sets blaring and dishwasher or laundry running over the past year, nearly every single call I place to Talech. 7 Years of Talech, here is a comrehensive review of why I'm finally done. First off, Talech is simple and easy to use, the backend is filled with over complicated features, but we have altered them to our needs. The pricing structure has been good, until now. I have had nothing but problems

I have had nothing but problems. DO NOT USE TALECH. The customer support is non-existent. Most times I have had to figure out the solution on my own. Here's the nightmare story.... In either October or November, some not very bright decision was made by Talech to do an update. When I did the update, the scanning no longer was an option.
