It's a great start
It's a great start, but it needs to be easier for patients. Many patients can't follow the instruction to text ADD facilityname firstname lastname They should just be able to text their name alone (without the word add, and facility name) to sign up for the waitlist. Also, there should be a way to sign up for different clinics so we don't get optometry patients mixed up with regular appointment clinic patients. Otherwise, it's pretty cool.

This product offers a simple solution…
This product offers a simple solution and is easy to use The only downfall is if you have multiple devices using the waitlist, they do not sync up so you have to constantly refresh the web page.
