What do you like best? I use Sysomos on a daily basis for both quick queries, and longer analysis. Sysomos is a great way of customising your search terms via boolean queries, and is accurate in returning results across Twitter, blogs, forums and news articles. Its features which allow you to track popularity over time, compare share of voice, and generate quick conversation snapshots in the form of wordclouds are ideal for a variety of reporting purposes.

What do you like best? Sysomos offers such a range of information that it can be highly useful for client work. I typically use Sysomos to put a sustained Twitter campaign into perspective. Sysomos maps activity over time, gives you a demographic/geographic breakdown, etc.

What do you like best? I love the UI of Sysomos MAP. It's friendly, easy to use, and provides beautiful graphs and word clouds for simple input into client-ready emails and reports.

What do you like best? Sysomos is a very robust conversation research tool, as long as the user has sound knowledge of Boolean language. We find particular use in Sysomos' Twitter analytics, including reach/impressions, most retweeted, and most authoritative - which do a great job indicating what content is really driving the conversation and by whom.

What do you like best? The interface on Sysomos was one of the best features for me. Other tools limit your options, I was pleased with the extremely user-friendly dashboard and customization abilities. Also, The filtering system in Sysomos is very simple easy to layer new filters on top of your initial search.

What do you like best? Sysomos offers 2 variations of the tool: MAP and Heartbeat. MAP is the superior product, but it's more expensive. The major difference is that MAP allows you to do ad hoc searches, whereas Heartbeat requires you to set up monitored search strings ahead of time.

What do you like best? The twitter analysis is great. If you are good at building Boolean searches, you can get some great results very quickly. It's great for finding trending topics and hashtags and understanding the most viral conversations.
