What do you like best? I like the freedom it gives me to post to FB/Twitter/G+ individual store locations, or to multiple locations from a single post. The posting feature can also be quickly replicated for re-posting content over time, which is a big benefit when you have so many businesses to manage.

What do you like best? the analysis tool is rather comprehensive however it can be quite complex when setting up

What do you like best? I like the visual representation of the "stacks" features and that they can be customized. It truly is an ideal layout which allows me to see what I need to see. Our local users love the stacks layout as well; where as it gives them everything that they need pretty much at a glance. Being able to review local posts of multiple locations in a "real time" format helps me to be efficient with my time.

What do you like best? Expion has extensive stream customization, report flexibility, calendar features, competitive metrics. These allowed us to customize what we monitored, keep an eye on industry content and open up our planning to the greater marketing teams.

What do you like best? I can easily oversee the other users posts, move things around to better positions/fill in holes. We've planned out some content for up to a year in advance, when it is general content.

Easy to use publishing tool for Twitter. Powerful tool to know at a glance what is going on with your business and your competitors.

What do you like best? Sysomos Heartbeat allows us to drill into the mentions that matter most to our department, in an organized and strategic way. It also serves up a workflow system that is invaluable to our work, given the volume of mentions (2,000-8,000) we process each week. "A little confusing at the beginning, then it's great! "

What do you like best? Th way we can find posts and their stats using the TAGS and the easy way to post thumbnail posts on Facebook and that we can also post the same message in different social networks. I also love the way I can switch from one account to another.

What do you like best? It's certainly comprehensive. If you only care about getting listening data, do not care about user interface or report design, and have money to burn, this is your tool.
