"Easy to use, always innovating"
What do you like best? I have been using this tool for close to 4 years now and I have never had a complaint about the breadth of data you are exposed to. Unlike Radian6 or other social listening tools I can easily find everything I am looking for from sentiment and demographics to reach and tweet performance historically, not just the last thirty days. "Excellent monitoring software with an even better support team"
What do you like best? Working with the tool was easy, even enjoyable. Account and support teams were always transparent and excited to collaborate and share new features that were coming soon. We had license to both MAP and Heartbeat - MAP we used extensively for event and crisis monitoring, as well as to do product and market research. Heartbeat helped us to watch key product markets and our impact within over time.

"Solid tool, same problems as others"
What do you like best? It's one of the easier social media monitoring tools to use. The UX is pretty intuitive and visually engaging for PR people to jump in and use right away. Some of these types of tools seem like they're built for analytics people who spend all their time in Pivot Tables, but Sysomos is pretty straightforward.

"Not for me"
What do you like best? We mostly use Heartbeat for social listening. The numbers certainly make you feel good, but over half fall into "neutral", and require manual categorization. For a company with lots of mentions, this is impossible.

"Simple and easy to use"
What do you like best? The first thing you should know is that there is a difference between Sysomos MAP and Heartbeat. MAP is a robust tool and will cost a pretty penny, but it backloads up to 6 months of historical data (useful for Twitter analysis). It also allows for an unlimited number of queries. Heartbeat has more limited features, but is a great option for brands with limited budgets.

What do you like best? Sysomos has clearly envisioned two products, Map for social media monitoring and Heartbeat for customer engagement

"Limited Use but Positive"
What do you like best? I really enjoyed the user friendly platform of the tool and sentiment within the tool. I also enjoyed the amount of data this tool provided and level of detail the tool can capture. Overall, I would rank this in the top 3 of listening tools in the industry.

"A good snapshot into a general listening across your social platforms, but has it's limitations."
What do you like best? Sysomos did provide numerous training sessions when we first purchased the software which was very necessary. The Twitter tools in Heartbeats were helpful in determining influencers/authority fans, monitoring the sentiment of tweets, and the level of interaction with the brand. Word cloud analysis was helpful for ad copy and keywords.

What do you like best? very light weight and heavy in terms of the data analysis which sysomos provides for Each topic across the sources , geographic, demographic, comparison , sentiment analysis with all this sysomos give a very easy UI to handle your keywords

"Nothing special about Heartbeat"
What do you like best? It's fairly easy to pull the data and generate queries. The automatic tagging is nice and useful for grouping posts into different topics.
