What do you like best? -MAP is great for unlimited ad hoc searches. It is very easy to set up a quick search or query to get a feel on how many mentions are happening on social media around a certain topic.

The Boolean logic for keywords is really helpful, and I love the user-friendliness of filtering by country, language, and demographics.

What do you like best? Sysomos is great for those quick hit social pulls. It allows me to dive in without wasting time setting up extensive queries or waiting for monitors to run. I like that it's easily integrated with the various social accounts we use.

What do you like best? Sysomos has an incredibly intuitive interface, with visual dashboards that can present a very clean set of "social listening" statistics. I have primarily used Sysomos for crisis monitoring and found that it was relatively good at picking up top activities and identifying influencers based on their algorithms.

Sometimes, conversation numbers do not match those returned by other tools. The bottom line is the the product allows us to show that we are targeting the correct audience.
