Synup Reviews in April 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

A great tool for businesses

PROS: Managing reviews is so much easier now because of Synup's feature where we can combine all the reviews from different platforms into a single dashboard. CONS: It doesn't really help in creating our own content. I wish there is at least a content suggestion feature.

Soliciting reviews made easy

PROS: This product has been helpful in getting reviews and syncing information across different platforms. CONS: Because of the size requirements, I'm sometimes having trouble uploading logos.

What a great software!

PROS: Synup has the best features ever! First, its review of generation technology is mind-blowing! Synchronizing information across different platforms can also be done in a glimpse! It has a smooth onboarding process and their customer service is the cherry on top!

A 5-star, brilliant software

PROS: I love how streamlined the system is! It's easy to use for both our team and our clients. Synup also has a great and responsive customer service! I love it! CONS: I wish there's a function where we can view all the reviews on bird's eye view so we could easily spot false/fake reviews, especially the negative ones that are not even from the countries we service.

Helpful app!

PROS: Synup allows us to bulk update photos, locations, and other information across platforms. Its review generation is superb! CONS: We're getting quite a few errors sometimes. And I really think that the page can still be improved to make it more user-friendly.

What do you like best about Synup? Our Customer Success Manager Molly Warren has really made our experience great, Molly has helped us with the custom request to time saver when onboarding. I never felt met with a dead end and always get a fast response or their team will look into my questions even if it is regarding one of their publishing partners.
