The ability to see all of your company's Google reviews and respond to them in one place makes things quicker to attend to and complete. The ability to download reporting is a nice feature as well.

PROS: I like Synup so much because it's super easy to use, they have great customer service, and they keep on updating the program which improves its performance. CONS: I love every part of Synup!

What do you like best about Synup? Customer service was great, very timely responses. Very easy to make quick updates and the tagging sytem is nice for stayling organized with multiple business channels. They make updates often and have all the solid connections you would want. The duplicate check is also a great tool to cut down on listings. Also the ability to download reporting is nice.
