Product was cumbersome and not intuitive.

What do you like best? The Support team was amazing, patient, and experienced. They were responsive and very good at explaining the idiosyncrasies of the platform What do you dislike? The bulk CSV upload *did not* include ALL the required fields. Therefore there was a manual data entry requirements which TOOK HOURS to complete. Pretty user friendly

What do you like best? It is easy to navigate and pretty easy to use. It tells you when you are missing data, which helps complete the tasks more efficiently What do you dislike? Syndigo is very compartmentalized. It doesn't give any information about what comes before (setting up the item in the datapool) or what comes after (approval and set up in the customers system). Good when GDSN is required

What do you like best? I like the portal setup and ease of use. What do you dislike? Our product readiness score is 100%, but it also shows that we're "missing required taxonomy" for all of our items. Every time I look for the missing required taxonomy, I'm unable to see what's missing. I'm unable to determine if our recipients are not subscribing to our data because of this. What do you like best? I love how everything is on one page and there aren't all of the different tabs like in legacy. It will make my check steps much easier so I don't miss information. Very relevant and helpful!

What do you like best? I love that you can set "presets" for retailers image specs and then the images automatically download to the correct size and format for the specific retailer. What do you dislike? At this moment, there wasn't anything I disliked. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Through CXH we are solving our business issue of consistency with our online content across retailers.

What do you like best? Syndigo is able to receive content through an API allowing for automated syndication. Flexible software that allows quick and easy customization.
