"Pretty happy overall"

What do you like best about Syncro? It's a nice all-in-one package, it makes RMM, ticketing and organizing clients very easy for the most part. What do you dislike about Syncro? The mobile app really needs some work. It's pretty terrible, unfortunately. When it works, it's okay; but having to restart the app 4-5 times to get FaceID to log you in (works flawlessly everywhere else), and then still bumping into the occasional infinite loading regardless of re-installs, not great. "Great product, great support."

What do you like best about Syncro? Easy to use and easy to setup. Great support team with quick responses when needed. Third Party Updates also integrate with Chocolatey making this a really powerful third party patching. What do you dislike about Syncro? For our use, we didn't find the helpdesk side of it great, however the RMM was exactly what we needed and integrates with our chosen PSA/Helpdesk solution. "Syncro for RMM/PSA"

What do you like best about Syncro? Ease of use. Affordable and highly functional. Great integrataion support. Customization of the system to how we like to manage it makes the work easy. "Great product for SME, good price compared to competitors"

What do you like best about Syncro? The scripting and automated tasks are really useful for small teams as you can add value to your clients without it taking up technician's time. For example whenever a machine is detected to have less then 10% hard drive space Syncro runs our "clear temp files" script and logs a ticket with time added. What do you like best about Syncro? Syncro's greatest strength is the fact that it is relatively affordable when you consider how many features and functions are included. What do you like best about Syncro? All in one solution, user-friendly interface, Billing and invoicing is awesome when out in the field for a one-man shop. The Online Portal is great!
