"Secure authentication "

What do you like best about Symantec ServiceDesk? I've used Symantec at several locations already, it's really easy to navigate through. Security codes are well timed. Credential IDs are created safely and responsibly. When needed you can created more than one IDs, you never know if you need a back up or if you have to jobs like I do, this can really help.
