What do you like best about Syften? Fast notifications straight to a slack channel. I use Syften to keep track of whenever or company or competitor gets mentioned online in forums or reddit so that we can help out as soon as possible. The speed at which we get an email or slack notification of an online message has been great. Often as soon as something is posted. Support has also been outstanding.
