Sybill has redefined how we approach sales conversations by bridging the gap between spoken words and unspoken intent. Its body language analysis adds a layer of emotional intelligence that most platforms overlook. With features like automated call monitoring and team evaluations, it helps us understand not only what was said—but how it was received. This has ...Read more
Sybill stands out with its ability to analyze body language during video calls. This level of behavioral intelligence is rare and offers a significant advantage in understanding unspoken customer sentiments.
The platform helps sales professionals identify when prospects are engaged or losing interest, allowing for on-the-fly adjustments that keep conversations effective and conversion-focused.
Detailed evaluations provide valuable feedback at both individual and team levels, empowering managers to coach more effectively and improve overall sales performance.
By automating the tracking of calls, Sybill eliminates the need for manual note-taking, ensuring nothing is missed and sales reps can stay focused on building relationships.
Sybill's strength in body language analysis means it is heavily reliant on video calls—limiting usefulness in audio-only or text-based interactions.
While the insights are valuable, interpreting nuanced body language and making real-time adjustments based on AI cues might require training and adaptation by sales teams.

"WOW! The best meeting capture tool I've ever used."
What do you like best about Sybill? I love how automated the features are in Sybill. It just shows up to my meeting, records the video/audio, creates an AI summary, emails me the summary, gives me unlimited meeting storage, and now it even writes the follow-up email for me using AI. Absolutely incredible! Otter.ai used to be my transcription service, but now Sybill is my go-to. The team is also very, very innovative. It seems new great features are being released regularly. Excited to see ...

"The most intelligent and innovative Ai!"
What do you like best about Sybill? Sybill allows me to have conversations and be in the moment, rather than thinking about note-taking. I am able to actively listen and be more involved in catering a solution rather than get overwhelmed with details being discussed and type notes at million miles an hour. What do you dislike about Sybill? I understand it's a work in progress, however, there are several instances where the conversation is lost in translation! There are words, phrases, and ...

"Fantastic tool to speed up your productivity and get immediate feedback on how to improve"
What do you like best about Sybill? The "Summary of a call" function is such a great tool to utilize to be able to look back on a call and quickly get a refresher on that conversation and an in-depth, scary accurate text format of all the important touch points and outcome of the call. Highly recommend! What do you dislike about Sybill? The only thing I would say is here and there, there might be a few spelling errors or some text out of order but it has never been consistent or a big ...

"Kind of a no-brainer."
What do you like best about Sybill? The software is very intuitive, clean, and helpful. I love seeing the engagement score of the participants - it helps me hone in on specific sections of the call and pull out key information. I can pinpoint what resonated, if something is more important than I thought, and what the other party is passionate about. Plus, the transcript is really high quality. What do you dislike about Sybill? Truly can't think of one. I use the tool as an individual user ...
