What do you like best about Sybill? The ability to measure prospect/customer engagement is very powerful. To see the call metrics such as your talk time v. prospect talk time is great. What do you like best about Sybill? I like the summary of the call that it sends after it. It captures a summary of the call, and main takeaways from each person very accurately. I haven't tried their AI What do you dislike about Sybill? I haven't seen much in the way of filtering all calls for specific words or features mentioned. What do you like best about Sybill? I am a salesperson taking between 8 - 10 Zoom call demos daily. I love being personal, but it isn't easy when we talk with many people in a day. Sybill sits in the background and remembers all of the things that I don't. What do you like best about Sybill? Slack integrated, helpful in quickly digesting a high volume of calls in Gong. Useful in understanding sentiment during a call and capturing the essence of what happened on a call. What do you like best about Sybill? I love the fact that you can tell when somebody is engaged, and when somebody is not.
