Rep's that investigate GET IT DONE…
This was the 2nd time I called regarding the same issue. The 1st representitive was not willing to help. "We don't do that for Texas" Gave me a phone number and sent me on my way. This representitive took his time to better investigate my issue and was able to assist me is resolving it. (Literally walked me through it). I could not have asked for anything more.
