What do you like best about Swordfish? I like that it has so many features other than simply presenting contact info when viewing social media profiles. The detailed database searching, being able to perform reverse searches when you only have an email address or phone number and want to know more ways to contact the same person, the ability to create projects and save the contacts within is like a mini CRM and my favourite is getting contact info when Google X-Ray searching. What do you like best about Swordfish? I think they have data that other platforms don't. Great Customer service. I like the UI as well. What do you dislike about Swordfish? I used to not like that there were limits to how many profiles you could enrich at a time. But they fixed that with a product upgrade so I'm excited about that. What problems is Swordfish solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to reach candidates that we normally would not be able to reach.
