"Amazing customer support - easy to use interface!"

What do you like best about Swoogo? The interface the Swoogo uses is very up-to-date and helpful. We were using an outdated program that didn't have the same capabilities for colors, fonts, and layouts that Swoogo has.

What do you like best about Swoogo? The staff at Swoogo are incredibly responsive and efficient in their support. The functionality of Swoogo and backend ease of use has also been a huge timesaver.

What do you like best about Swoogo? It's really easy to use, attractive looking, has a wide variety of features, and the customer support is excellent. We researched quite a lot of event management platforms, and Swoogo was the best hands down in terms of value, features, and service.

What do you like best about Swoogo? When Swoogo says that they care about customer feedback and support, they mean it. We switched from another event planning platform to Swoogo back in 2018 and never looked back. I know that if I send in a support ticket I'm getting a response within minutes and it is likely someone who already knows my name. What do you like best about Swoogo? My favorite thing about Swoogo is the support you recieve from their excellent team throughout the process of building our your event. They suprise me every time with how available and knowledgeable they are when I need help.

What do you like best about Swoogo? Swoogo has so many great qualities. The team at Swoogo are prompt, knowledge, kind and have a great sense of humor. The price structure is great too. They do not nickle and dime you. The product itself also speaks volumes. It is super user friendly to learn and you can customize so much on your event page and registration process.

What do you like best about Swoogo? Swoogo is the most intuitive platform for website design, guest registrations, app design, and communication management.

What do you like best about Swoogo? Our previous registration platform for our event was cumbersome and difficult to manage. The Swoogo platform is so user friendly and the conditional logic helps tremendously to streamline the registration form so that our different registrant types only see what they need to see. The website setup also looks terrific and was very simple to create! Lastly, the customer support is quick to respond and very helpful. I am so happy we switched to Swoogo!
