What do you like best about Swoogo? Swoogo allows me to customize every part of our registration process. I love that I can build the event website without any coding knowledge. The Support team is very responsive, helpful and friendly. I also like the Swoogo pricing model. Paying per license instead of registration allows me to manage my budget more effectively.

What do you like best about Swoogo? The best part about Swoogo is its Customer Service. With most companies, I usually cringe when I think about reaching out with a question but I don't ever feel that way with swoogo! And the response time from their customer service reps is amazing. I like the way that you can make suggestions to help improve the website.

What do you like best about Swoogo? Easy to build websites and email templates, and that the website, event registration, email marketing and the app are all on one platform makes life so much easier. No need to battle with multiple integrations.

Their customer service is amazing - it's always a personal experience, and they send great details or alternatives to help you through your inquiry, plus (my favourite part), when it gets complicated, they will record their screen and send you videos visually describing how to do things.

What do you like best about Swoogo? Swoogo has excellent customer service! Not only are they fast, but they are super friendly and know how to best share information. I love being able to view a quick video, as I am a visual learner :) The system itself is very user friendly and our members find little issues using the app and registration website. Additionally, I love being able to give feedback and know Swoogo works on always improving and adapting based on client needs. Thank you!

What do you like best about Swoogo? Swoogo is a capable registration and event management application. We also use it digital event reporting and awards programs. A great value for the investment.
