There's already an incredible amount of customization built into the platform ready to go, but, beyond that, the support staff is ready and willing to take your customization ideas and run with it. My account manager has taken every single crazy idea I've come up with and either pointed me in the direction of an existing tool that will work (and tested it out for me as well!) or created a framework for Swoogo's in-house dev ...

"Outstanding product and service"

What do you like best about Swoogo? Swoogo's user interface is incredibly easy to jump into. While complicated enough that it offers a great level of customization, it's somehow still simple and intuitive to pick up and use immediately. We have used systems before that needed their own operating manual. Thankfully, isn't that kind of program. Additionally, any questions I've had have been quickly and effectively answered by Swoogo's customer service team.

What do you like best about Swoogo? Swoogo's Customer Success is unlike anything I've ever seen. They're online at many hours during the day and manage to answer chats within 10 minutes — usually quicker.

What do you like best about Swoogo? I like the ease of use of the platform and that I could create my event in a matter of minutes, not hours. The platform is mobile responsive, so I could make last-minute changes whilst on-site. I also like that I have full control over the branding and my attendees loved the overall experience when registering. It simply works.
