Swiftype ― the place to go after Google Search!
What do you like best? SUCH a great tool! We absolutely love it. We like the ability most of all to easily create custom search results for any search. What do you dislike? The inability (at this point) to easily manage and sort hundreds of search customizations ― they have informed us that is in the works. Right now, just a paginated list. Very nice product
What do you like best? For us, at Higher Education, this service was a very good alternative to Google Search. Easy to work with and a nice API. What do you dislike? The price and some limitation on the API. Recommendations to others considering the product: Recommended What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Replacement of Google Search. Easy to deploy. Nice API, but with minor limitations.

wonderful replacement of google, should have done sooner

What do you like best? Auto complete search feature is great for user experience. Easy to implement What do you dislike? The search result doesn't use meta tag or info from Yoast SEO(wordpress site). What do you like best? The weekly analytics report is great. Knowing exactly what people are searching for and matching that with what we offer helps us provide a better service. What do you dislike?
