Easy API and Good Support
What do you like best? Swiftype was able to accommodate our complex site and using the API was a breeze. I've contacted support for small issues a few times and each time they were very responsive and always able to resolve my issue. What do you dislike? The search preview often showed the same content for every page since it was pulling from our header. On a smaller site this would be easy to change via the tags feature though. What do you like best? I like that it provides an easy way to integrate into various content management systems. Easy Integration
What do you like best? We switched from default Drupal solr search to Swiftype for one of my clients a few years ago. The thing that stood out the most to me was how easy it was to set up and integrate on my site. It worked with very little effort. I also like the weekly status emails that gives me an overview of searches. What do you dislike? I was confused a few times while logging into the site. What do you like best? Swiftype is easy to use in a variety of situations. For instance, our deployment required two different kinds of installing Swiftype and both were easy. In one case, we need it deployed as a Drupal widget. In another case, we need it written directly into the HTML for a different web property. Both cases were as simple as you could like. Good software to crawl you'r site.
What do you like best? It was a good experience with Swift type search engine, it's very fast and easy. What do you dislike? I didn't found any export report feature where we could get the report where it specifies how much link does it spidered till now. Recommendations to others considering the product: Should have export report feature as said. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used it only for search engine purpose.

What do you like best? Ease of setup, good support, an API, the ability to customize result rankings. What do you dislike? The color picker.
