What do you like best about SweetHawk? Even though it is not the user friendly their customer support team is incredibly helpful. The notifications can get a bit overwhelming. Overall I dont have any complaints, about the integration.

What do you like best about SweetHawk? Not only do they already have just about everything you might need when working with Zendesk, but their team is also very receptive to feedback, and often make changes based on what their customers are saying.

What do you like best about SweetHawk? We use 6 sweethawk apps and love them all but I personally use reminders the most as its helps me manage my customer support flow best

What do you like best about SweetHawk? Using the sweethawk field conditions app has allowed my team to triage information and label categorization sfor incoming support tickets. When tracking support inquiries back to root causes, this has been very helpful.
