"Very helpful & easy to use"

What do you like best about Suzy? Suzy is super easy to use, the interface is incredibly user-friendly. The team is also very responsive; they're there for any question we have. And I'm amazed at how fast the results come in What do you dislike about Suzy? I really don't have any downsides for Suzy. "SUZY keeps you connected to target consumers, current buyers, & beyond in a fast and efficient way."

What do you like best about Suzy? SUZY provides a great self-service, easy to use tool, wonderful in-person Customer Support and quality output you can count on, to be delivered in a matter of hours/days! And SUZY is constantly delivering improvements! Love the recently added templates! What do you dislike about Suzy? What do you like best about Suzy? I appreciate Suzy's knack for swiftly delivering targeted consumer insights, which aide my informed decision-making. What do you dislike about Suzy? If asked one year ago, my answer would change. What were limitations / dislikes have been mitigated as Suzy continues to invest and build upon their capabilities. "Intuitive to use, super fast results to your questions"

What do you like best about Suzy? Designing surveys is very easy with many templates already provided. The large sample size in conjunction with a very fast turnaround time is unmatched. What do you dislike about Suzy? I don't really see any downsides to Suzy. There constant updates and new offerings keep them very likeable! "Suzy is one of our favorite vendors"

What do you like best about Suzy? The quick turnaround time as well as prompt response from Suzy whenever I need help. What do you dislike about Suzy? The cost of running a long questionnaire in the US is a bit higher than some of our other vendors. What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to go from survey design to results within a matter of days allows us engage in projects we otherwise would not be able to take on

What do you like best about Suzy? I love the speed of Suzy - we can post a survey and get data back the next day that is relevant, informative, and actionable for our clients. What do you like best about Suzy? The customer service has been great, and just how fast the surveys fill and the way you can create audiences fully tailored to your needs. What do you dislike about Suzy? The tool has so many functionalities that sometimes I get lost in it. "User Friendly and Clear Visualization Dashboard"

What do you like best about Suzy? The buttons are big and clear so it is clear where to click to find what I need. Also, they save all your previous documents for easier viewing. What do you dislike about Suzy? Load time can be longer than normal websites but not significant. What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting business and customer insights on our brand and industry.

What do you like best about Suzy? So easy to use, super friendly team members, and absolutely great value. Customer support is amazing. What do you dislike about Suzy? It can be frustrating trying to schedule everything that needs to happen, with so many moving pieces. What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you? Perfect for gathering consumer insights and presenting that information.
