It allows organizations to be driven by data vs '"someone in leadrship liked this concept", and ultimately make the best decisions rooted in what consumers actually think and want. The ability to quickly turn around a short survey--or even a single question--is invaluable when senior management is pushing for fast answers. What do you like best about Suzy? It does most of the work for you. The templates make it easy to get started and the platform is intuitive. Our rep has been incredibly responsive and helpful to get us going. The results are easy to digest with the graphs and word clouds. What do you dislike about Suzy? I loved the speed and usability of the platform, as a marketer I often find myself in situations where I need some direction and input from consumers, but the questions don't always merit an expensive deep-dive, or have time to conduct typical insights work.
