Good for starters, very easy to use
What do you like best? The most useful tool is being able to save all customer info, including contact info, business details, emails and calls, addresses, and notes. Also being able to send emails directly thru the CRM saves so much time, especially when using templates that have been previously created. Just a few clicks and I am able to follow up with a prospect. Creating tasks really helps a lot to make sure no leads or potential business gets neglected. I especially like the ability to ...
