Mack Zachery was fantastic! They helped me reconnect to important iOS apps that were giving me funky errors after installing Surfshark. Their instructions were so helpful and they were very friendly! This was an awesome first experience with Surfshark's tech support :)

New to Surfshark
I was looking at getting an economical solution for VPN, antivirus etc and came across Surfshark. I had a problem initially, installing the antivirus but when I went on Chat, Cole kindly went through the steps and I had it sorted out within minutes. I am looking forward to seeing how well it fairs to other VPN Companies but so far so good

Solid service
I've been using their service for two years now and it has always done the job. I rarely ever have to contact customer service but when I have had to, they have been brilliant. I was having issues with my membership today and agent William Hall understood the problem and resolved it quickly, many thanks!

Stable work, responsive support team
