awesome appointment booking service

Wow, I was in the process of testing their system and needed some help with some customizations and within 1 min my email questions were answered every time. They are fast and efficient. They have made it easy to choose them as my new spa scheduling system. Thanks a bunch

Fantastic Support and SUPERB Product

We use the SuperSAAS system at our Squash Club to book courts. Having reviewed many systems, in depth, we chose SuperSAAS as the software look and feel was very similar to our manual booking sheets. Supersaas - Makes the nightmare of conference call scheduling a breeze!

I've been using Supersaas for some years now to schedule conference calls with dozens of organisations across the country. I can specify the times I'm available and they can select a time slot that suits them for a chat. Supersaas even sends an automatic reminder a few days before the calls with all the information the organisation needs. There's no way I'd be able to do this so easily without Supersaas. Superb software and service

Our tennis club asked me to investigate online booking. I looked at lots of systems, and SuperSAAS was by far the best match and easiest to configure. I've had various small questions, and have been looked after promptly, knowledgeably and courteously by Jan. Users are very happy, and I have had only compliments about ease of use. Highly recommended.

Great experience!

What do you like best? I like that my customers can use the reservation site anytime it’s convenient for them! What do you dislike? A few bugs every once in a while but nothing major. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to be available all day every day because that’s not possible anyway. It’s a very convenient service.

What do you like best? The multi-use and setting preferences fit any business model, and they are prompt in responding to any issues or concerns. What do you dislike?
