What do you like best? Billy is very user friendly and intuitive. Nice clean interface. I like that it supports multiple currencies. I'm looking forward to using all of the features. What do you like best? Pretty simple to generate an invoice, UX is nice. What do you dislike? I was told that they would be able to link banks which was and continues to be false. They said they had problems and it would take at most a month more. I waited more than 6 weeks and then got another email it would take an ADDITIONAL 6 weeks. So 12 weeks - 3x longer than it was supposed to take. I've pinged customer service multiple times about multiple issues with the software and the canned ...

"Great for small business"
What do you like best? I love the ease of creating invoices and how intuitive things are. What do you dislike? I'd like to be able to send a link for an invoice and be able to choose between different invoice templates for my multiple businesses. What problems are you solving with the product? "Easy to Use and Setup for a Busy Solopreneur"
What do you like best? Easy to follow youtube tutorials on setup, a second grader could follow along. Easy to add multiple businesses onto same account. I'm able to spend 1 hour a week on accounting instead of 20 hours a month fixing errors and scratching my head. I can also easily add contacts or customers. What do you dislike? What do you like best? What I like best about Billy is it's intuitive nature. From the time I started using it, navigation of the dashboard was straight-forward, and using the system was clean and uncomplicated. As an additional benefit, it hooks with a couple of other apps I run, which reduces my work. What do you dislike?
