"Simplicity - quick snapshot"
What do you like best? The dashboard and reports are clear and precise, tells me what I need to know to track goals. I really like the templates or recurring invoices I can quickly modify for a similar client. What do you dislike? I wish it worked better on mobile or there was a dedicated app. There doesn't appear to be an easy way to scroll to right side of the screen. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to create professional looking invoices.

"Incredible accounting software"
What do you like best? The invoice menu. Easy to use, and very much help us to get in touch with client. What do you dislike? The android application. It is not much help. What problems are you solving with the product? "Accounting that I actually do..."
What do you like best? It's intuitive, and just works. Rather than having to set aside a chunk of my day or week to do accounting, I can just add invoices, bills etc. as they happen, wherever I am. Billy helps keep me up to date, no matter how little time I have. I regularly do bits of accounting on the bus between offices, because I can. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Billy is easy to use and navigate. I also like that you can check and see if the invoice has been viewed. . What do you dislike? I cannot think of anything that I dislike about Billy. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give Billy a try. You will be happy with the product. "Great Cloud based software"
What do you like best? I really like the ability to send invoices by email and the fact that it gives them a "customer portal" to pay it through as well as being ablet to send reminders. What do you dislike? I wish I could customize the invoice more. I also wish that there was a time clock built into the app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Billy helps me keep everything straight and makes a clean record of it.

What do you like best? easy to use - even though it did not do what I wanted so do not use it. What do you dislike? not integrated with my bank. "Great, but my accountant won't let me switch"
What do you like best? Simple, clean, intuitive. Invoicing is superior (and simpler) than my existing solution. What do you dislike? My accountant/bookkeeper will only work with me if I use Quickbooks or Xero. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None just yet... hoping to get my accountant on board for next year.

"Great customer service and free training"
What do you like best? I like how Billy offers free professional training on setting up accounting for your business, and in general, the ease of use. What do you dislike? My local small business bank is not included on the list for automating data transfer. Also, the invoices are not as customizable as I would like, and they seem to lack the ability to add multiple recipients and to track recipient opens/actions.
