Online store ongoing payment issue
I was happy with the online store facility until last month. However suddenly my customers can't pay me anymore through the online store. Just getting a payment error screen saying payment could not be processed after entering card details. Customers told me, I tested it with deferent cards and wrote to chat and support e-mail several times, sending screenshots etc on their request. Three weeks now and no reply, no explanation. The chat agents keep saying that a "relevant agent" is dealing ...
