Last year I was locked out of my email and unfortunately had to also change my mobile phone number at the same time encountered logging in issues with Sum up! I tried explaining this to the support staff to no avail. Therefore I was forced to open a new sum up profile allowing me to continue using my card reader. Do not expect any help from there customer support team, Whoever provided they’re training needs to be training themselves. After I made a purchase with them, and returning it because the wrong item had been approved to me. I’ll waited over a month after returning the item to get the refund.
