What an absolute nightmare
What an absolute nightmare. No one will take responsibility for a job and you can never get through to anyone that is able to give any answers. I already hold two accounts and passed all verification etc opened a third for a separate venture and account has been on hold because verification isn’t passed - tried chasing numerous times to be told it’s a dept you can’t talk to and there’s nothing we can do we will be in touch. We’ve marked it as urgent That was 5 days ago Really disappointed ...

Customer support is abysmal
Customer support is abysmal. There reply has nothing to do with the issue. They sent me the wrong printer and getting in contact with a support person that could help took days. Then they sent a card reader instead of the actual item I needed. After a while i did get the printer/drawer combo i needed but the hassle was insane. Get better customer support.
