Have been waiting for a payout for over 5 days only for Sum up to say they would not release the money for 2 months. Who do these people think they are ? Its not a small amount of money and paying my mortgage depended on it. What gives them the right to keep peoples very hard earn't money I am now taking legal action Biggest Cowboy outfit I have ever seen. DO NOT TOUCH!!!!!!

It was nice of my new account manager…
It was nice of my new account manager Akshay to come in and provide me with new information regarding savings on my transaction fee’s as well as order me a new card machine with customer care due to battery and intermittent signal issues. Thank you a great experience.

Following on from our meeting today, I cannot thank Imran Khan, our Account Manager, for all he has done for the organisation today. He was extremely helpful and resolved all the issues. I recommend Sumup but I would insist you have a an account Manager assigned to your organisation. THANK YOU IMRAN :)
