Gets the Job Done

What do you like best? Quick and easy install., and I like that there are multiple features in one plugin. What do you dislike? It's a little clunky. I had been using Hello Bar and I loved their elegant interface. However, SumoMe has all of the features I need (vs. HelloBar) Premium plans are somewhat pricey. I wish there was a good bundle price. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lead capture.

Informative, Simple, Fun

What do you like best? I mostly use Heat Maps and Content Analytics. Both work great and have excellent representations of the data. The media share buttons are good too. What do you like best? SumoMe is incredibly easy to use. I was up in running and capturing leads in 15 minutes, maybe less. Our opt-in rate went up 10x or more within a day using the Welcome Mat.
