What do you like best? The service comes with several marketing tools. It's nice to have everything in one place, rather than having to install several different tools and plugins. What do you dislike? I have issues installing the software, coding issues everytime I add a new site, and ongoing coding issues that pop up out of nowhere. What do you like best? I love the chat feature. I think it's great that you can hook it up to your already existing website and be able to engage with clients from there. What do you dislike? I don't like that you can only have it running on one computer (we have a team of about 6, 2 full time secretaries with access so we needed a bit more flexibility in this feature). What do you like best? This is an easy tool to use for any website. We saw an immediate return from this product because of how our customers were able to engage the content provided by this product. Another area that has been amazing is the heat bar, which shows where customers go and what they click on.
