Better than Marketforce.....

What do you like best? Fairly intuitive to use. Easy to create quotes and store notes. What do you dislike? The target and lead separation and conversion process is poorly designed. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It keeps everything organized. I assume it saves the company money since it’s a free CRM.
