What do you like best? SuiteCRM is open source. That means you can do a lot of customization within the platform. I like that the contact records give you the ability to schedule upcoming calls, meetings and tasks. I like that I can log notes, calls, emails and meetings against a contact. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Unlike most CRM's, SuiteCRM doesn't have varying degrees of functionality dependant upon what you want to pay. As it is free and open source everything is immediately available to you at no cost. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Modular, quick set up. Very easy to use the basic setup. What do you dislike? Any cusotmisations are rather finicky and some features are missing that are avaiable on other free systems. Country field on addresses is not a drop-down by default.
