nicknamed mosasses so slow!! I don't get why someone would not just make thier own php app... SugarCRM is a scam. Don't buy it!

One of a kind software for customer management

What do you like best? Ability to create individual customers' account, manage the relationship end-to-end and develop one's brand in an organic manner What do you dislike? Updating calendar details with a 3rd party app such as Google or Outlook is a bit tricky and can be improved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Anything we want to achieve with Sugar Sell CRM is pretty much possible and everything is configurable to fit our needs. It is easy to use and navigate.It is great at keeping us informed with real time notifications via emails. Flexible Proposal Generation Platform.

What do you like best? First i like how the system has a wide deployment across different devices and the easy of using the functions. The product has a very responsive notification reminder and the social media integration for marketing its more effective. I highly DO NOT recommend

I highly DO NOT recommend! The software is horrible. Buggy, complicated and far from user-intuitive. If you need to export your data for any reason, forget it. My 30+ year developer said its a nightmare. Worse than all that, the customer service is terrible! They will turn off your Company account the day your bill is due regardless of whether they sent the invoice to the right person or not (if they even sent the invoice). In Covid when you're an essential business even! Horrible company!

Sugar Takes Care of What You Need

What do you like best? Workflow customization. We use the workflows to automate a lot of processes. We have the system send alerts from Sales to our Contracts team to have Contracts prepared for different opportunities. We do a lot of communication automatically by using Sugar. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The flexibility and scalability are fantastic. I also appreciate the flexibility to be able to deploy on premise or leave on demand. Support is very responsive. Sugar CRM - Used for Influencer Marketers

What do you like best? Sugar is highly customizable and allows for non out of the box solutions. What do you dislike? The lack of customer service and willingness to assist in ANY way, shape, or form is somewhat unheard of to me. I have never seen a platform/service with lower standards. Sugar Sell is definitely a major improvement to Sugar, but like all software has niche issues.

What do you like best? Sugar Sell allows for better tracking of revenue earning streams. It forces a usage of line items, quotes, forecasts and the renewal console among other things. The renewals console is fantastic and the BPM comes with alot of stuff out of box. The BPM system is way easier to use and the visual design is absolutely fantastic. What do you dislike?
